“Project Management Bureau” has become the official representative of QPR ProcessDesigner in Ukraine

In the second half of 2024, Project Management Bureau began a strategic partnership with the Finnish company QPR Software Plc. The goal of the collaboration is to offer the Ukrainian market a tool for business process management and enterprise architecture. This was announced by the managing partner of Project Management Bureau, Oleksii Gromyko.

According to him, there is a demand for this type of product in the market. “Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, clients have periodically approached me with requests to find a high-quality alternative to the Russian Business Studio,” Oleksii shared. At the beginning of 2024, the Bureau’s experts decided to take a thorough approach to this issue and find an alternative. The process took almost a year: the first six months were spent on finding a partner, and another four months were dedicated to localizing the product and preparing specialists. Now, Project Management Bureau can confidently announce the full readiness of QPR ProcessDesigner for the Ukrainian market.

“We didn’t just aim to replace Russian software, we wanted to make sure that we were offering a quality alternative, even with better functionality,” Oleksii Gromyko emphasized. “The partnership with QPR Software Plc provides Ukrainian companies with a tool that not only meets global standards but is also adapted to the specifics of our market.” In particular, future clients will receive local technical support that works with them in the same time zone and provides a full range of assistance. Moreover, the product is fully localized in Ukrainian. This was made possible because Project Management Bureau is the exclusive representative of the software in Ukraine.
