Master class at PRO PM Construction

Project Management Bureau conducted a master class on business process management for owners and top managers of construction companies within the framework of the “Pro PM Construction” school. After the introductory part on the modern view on business process management, the participants, led by Aleksey Gromyko, modelled business processes of their companies. They received feedback, trained to determine the object of management and the boundaries of business processes, and to share responsibility between executives.
There was not enough time for getting deep into the topic, but judging by the high involvement of the participants, we managed to arouse their interest and give a general idea about process management. The homework, which Aleksey has given out to the participants, will help them to consolidate what they have learned.

The school of construction project management “Pro PM Construction” started in January 2018. The school targets managers from the construction industry, who want to raise their competencies to an effectively new level.

The demand for this kind of certification will grow and the certification line will expand. The downside of this process is that in the eyes of business, the mere possession of a certificate will be devalued. Fast education. Teaching programs will be shortened in time with the preservation of the topics discussed. Online formats with a tendency towards micro learning will become more and more popular. The demand for customised programs will grow, taking into account the challenges facing a particular project/team/company, at the junction of different topics and formats. Standard trainings, as we knew them before, are a thing of the past. Prioritisation and focus. Every year, the number of opportunities and ideas only increases.
