Completion of the training. Q&A
Having experience in business process modelling and knowing process notations is not necessary to participate in the training. At the same time, participants without any process experience may have difficulty with comprehending the training programme because of its large volume and high intensity of the training.
An important part of the learning process is independent work on a business process from real practice at the choice of participants. At the end, participants acquire knowledge and practical experience in the fields of modelling end-to-end business processes with BPMN, process analysis using BPMN, and development of process applications based on BPMN.
For corporate format trainings, we recommend devoting the second day of the training to working independently on the business process chosen for modelling.
Participants bring their own laptops with Bizagi Modeler software installedfor modelling and analysis of business processes (needed on the 2nd day of the training).
